Steps for Rotass Whipped Cream Canister Production

Step 1: Cream Charger Cartridge Production and Inspection

The production of cream charger bulbs involves production and cleaning. The cleaning process is integral to ensuring the quality of cream chargers. Insufficient cleaning can leave oil residues inside and outside the cartridges, affecting the gas quality and foaming results.

First, carbon steel is shaped into cartridges and subjected to high temperatures to ensure durability. The cartridges undergo acid washing to remove any remaining oil. Next, the bottle necks are processed in two steps, grid and grind, to comply with cream whippers’ standards. The production of empty cartridges is then completed.

The significant cleaning process follows, involving total five rounds of “Wash & Drain” to remove all residues. After each batch is cleaned, samples are checked for cleanliness.

Step 2: Cartridge Refilling and Inspection

Gas refilling and cartridge sealing occur simultaneously to prevent any contamination. Rotass sources gas from our subsidiary, Tonghui Kefa Gas, which undergoes professional content analysis to ensure it meets food-grade standards. We filter out scratched canisters and those that meet the weight standard, allowing you to decide how many grams of gas to be filled in a cream charger, ranging from 8g to 9g.

Step 3: Galvanization

This process ensures each cartridge is zinc-coated to prevent rust and oxidation on the surface, ensuring long-lasting performance and appearance.

Step 4: Leakage Checking

After 48 hours of gas refill, we conduct an initial water bath test to detect any leaky cartridges. Selected cartridges are then dried.

Step 5: Refilled Canister Processing

After production and inspection, we offer customization services, including applying your brand colors to cylinders and laser-engraving your business logo. This enhances market appeal with strong brand imagery. Rotass uses advanced technology to prevent paint chipping on the surface.

Step 6: Packaging and Palletizing

During packaging, we double-check that each cartridge meets the filling volume standard. We then pack and palletize according to customer and local customs standards, ensuring durable packaging for long-term sea freight and handling.
