About Orders
Normally our minimum order is one case, and it depends on your place of receipt. For areas including the US, NZ, EU, and the UK, you can get sample orders from our Rotass distributors or cooperative clients.
For CIF terms, due to the commodity inspection by customs, it usually takes 7-15 days to ship to your freight forwarder.
Of course, we provide free customization service based on 1 20ft container order for products including cream chargers and CO2 carbonator. For quantity below a whole container, please reach out to our friendly customer service representatives to inquire about product customization. The OEM service for the cream dispenser starts from 200 pieces.
BTW, you’re supposed to provide a trademark registration or authorization certificate when it is related to a brand.
For 60L CO2 carbonator and 580g or above-sized cream charger cylinders, you can provide us with your label and package design based on dimensions. For 8g cream chargers, you can provide a Pantone color for the cartridge color, your logo, packaging size, and color box design. Our customer service will update any progress for your customization orders.
In addition, we provide free OEM service for full container loading orders.
Product
Our nitrous oxide cream chargers are compatible with all standard cream whippers. A large-capacity N2O gas tank can be used alongside our pressure regulator.
A cream charger contains E942 food-grade nitrous oxide gas (N2O), and the common gas volume is 8g, 580g, 615g, 640g, 1364g, and 2000g, and varies in cylinder sizes.
